Introduction to common knowledge points of pneumatic sealing products

Pneumatic tools are devices that use the energy of compressed air supplied by an air compressor to operate as a source of power.

According to its basic working methods, it can be divided into:

1) Rotary (eccentric movable vane type).

2) Reciprocating (volumetric piston type)

(1) Rotary type: The air flow rate at which the pressure is lowered acts on the blade, thereby causing the rotor to rotate at a high speed to work. For example: dry grinding gas

Moving tools; engraved pneumatic tools; pneumatic drills; pneumatic wrenches; wind batches; pneumatic hoists, etc.

(2) Reciprocating type: The compressed air is introduced into the cylinder, and the piston is reciprocated to work by controlling the intake port and the exhaust port. E.g:

Gas saw; pneumatic pick; pneumatic rivet gun; pneumatic pick; pneumatic hammer.

Pneumatic tools during use, due to normal wear and tear; improper operation of workers; or other factors caused by human factors, may lead to tools

malfunction.

The failure of the rotary tool generally means that the tool does not rotate or rotate, and the parts that are prone to failure are: 1) rotating part 2) transmission

Part 3) Strike section 4) Lifting section 5) Switch section 6) Ventilation section.

   (1) Rotating part This part is the part common to all rotary tools. Because it relies on compressed air to push the blades to drive the rotor to rotate.

The normal loss during work, use, blade, bearing and other accessories damage, it is easy to cause the tool to be weak or not. The general wearing parts are:

Rotor; blade; end plate; bearing; semi-circular key; O-ring; cylinder block; pin, etc.

(2) Transmission part This part is the part of the partial rotary tool. Relying on compressed air to push the blade to drive the rotor to rotate, using the teeth

Working with wheels or drive shaft drives. Due to the wear of bearings, gears and other accessories, the tool turns weak or does not turn. General consumables

For: gears and matching bearings.

(3) Combat part This part is the part shared by the pneumatic wrench and the wind batch.

Both the pneumatic wrench and the wind batch rely on the compressed air to push the blade to drive the rotor to rotate, and the rotor drives the striking part to work. Due to the blow

Axis; wear parts such as striking blocks are worn; for reasons such as breakage, it is easy to cause the tool to rotate or turn weak. The general wearing parts are: Strike shaft: Strike block

(Hammer); Strike box (room): Strike pin.

(4) Intake section This section is part of all pneumatic tools.

Accessories such as air intakes are broken due to normal wear or other causes; wear. The general wearing parts are: intake interface; spring; top

Rod; O-ring; gasket.

(5) Switch part This part is a part common to all pneumatic tools.

The general wearing parts are: trigger; pin; steel ball (air valve) and so on.

(6) Air conditioning part This part is the part of most pneumatic tools

Due to the wear or detachment of the positioning steel ball; the valve of the gas exchange is broken, etc., the gear position is not fixed when the tool is working; the forward and reverse control of the reversing valve is slightly

There are stringing phenomena. The general wearing parts are: steel ball; locking screw; ventilation (direction) valve; gear switch. Failure of a reciprocating pneumatic tool

The general performance is: no movement; the reciprocating distance is insufficient or the material is weak. Consumables are: O-ring; Piston: cylinder block; intake switch; spring, etc.

Pneumatic tool maintenance is better than maintenance

1) Add 3 to 4 drops of special pneumatic maintenance oil from the tool inlet before and after using the tool to reduce wear and prolong tool life.

2) Ensure that the gas source of the supply tool is dry and free of impurities.

3) Regular cleaning, refueling and maintenance, and timely replacement of worn parts.
