1. Before installing and using QGB cylinder, it is necessary to check whether the cylinder is damaged during transportation and whether the link part is loose, and then install and use it.

2. When installing and using, the piston rod of the cylinder should avoid being subjected to excessive radial load.

3. No matter what type of installation is adopted, it is necessary to ensure that the cylinder block does not deform and that the installation base of the cylinder block has sufficient stiffness. Electric welding is not allowed for the connection of load and piston.

4. When the QGB cylinder is placed horizontally, especially when the stroke is lengthened, the piston rod of the cylinder should be extended and returned to maintain an axis line.

5. QGB cylinder speed adjustment, first of all, adjust the opening of the speed control valve to the middle position of the adjustment range, gradually adjust the output pressure of the pressure relief valve to the required working pressure, and then adjust the buffer of the cylinder gradually by adjusting the opening of the speed control valve to the middle position of the adjustment range. The method is to adjust the buffer needle valve, which is active. The inertia of the plug is absorbed and the piston should not impact the cylinder head.

6. After the installation of the QGB cylinder, it runs 2-3 times without load in the working pressure range to check whether the cylinder is running normally.

7. If QGB with adjustable cylinder is used, the cushion control valve should be adjusted to the minimum position of cushion resistance before starting work. After the cylinder works normally, the cushion needle should be gradually adjusted to increase the cushion resistance until satisfactory.
