The manual thin ceramic gate valve is mainly suitable for the regulation flow and opening and closing of the ash and slag of the dry ash system of thermal power plants. It is also suitable for the opening and closing of dusty and corroded dust media such as mines, lime plants and cement plants. The valve has the advantages of good sealing performance, high temperature resistance, high compressive strength, flexible opening and closing, less ash and ash accumulation, and long service life.

*The main body of the manual thin gate valve is made of cast steel, 304 stainless steel and graphite sealing ring.

*Applicable temperature ≤400 °C.

* The nominal pressure of the actuator is 0.4-0.6MPa, and the nominal pressure of the valve is 1.0MPa.
