1.NBR nitrile rubber sealing ring

NBR NBR sealing ring is suitable for use in gasoline, water, silicon grease, silicone oil and other media. Nitrile rubber is mainly produced by low temperature emulsion polymerization. It has excellent oil resistance, high wear resistance, good heat resistance and strong adhesion. NBR cyano butadiene rubber seal ring is a rubber seal with wide application and low cost, but it is not suitable for polar solvents. The general service temperature range is 40 ~ 120 ℃. In addition, it also has good water resistance, air tightness and excellent bonding performance.

2.Fluororubber sealing ring

Fluororubber sealing ring: high temperature resistance up to 300 ℃, not afraid of acid and alkali, oil resistance is good in oil resistant rubber, excellent radiation resistance and high vacuum; It is a special synthetic rubber with all properties. The disadvantages are poor processability, high cost, poor cold resistance, low elasticity and air permeability.

Fluororubber is a synthetic polymer elastomer containing fluorine atoms on the carbon atoms of the main chain or side chain. Fluororubber has incomparable excellent properties compared with other rubbers,? Such as high temperature resistance, oil resistance and chemical resistance,? Good physical and mechanical properties, weather resistance, electrical insulation and radiation resistance,? In all synthetic rubber, its comprehensive performance is good,? Commonly known as "rubber king".

Fluororubber O-ring can be used at 30 ℃ ~ 250 ℃ for a long time and 300 ℃ for a short time (100 hours). Fluororubber is mainly used in automobile and motor vehicle industry. Because of its excellent high temperature resistance, oil resistance and medium resistance, it is mainly used as oil seal and O-ring.
