Precautions for installation and use of one way throttle valve

1,During installation, the piping should be blown out in advance, and the flow direction of the valve should be confirmed to avoid accidents caused by rapid extension of the cylinder.

2,Generally, sealant has been applied on the thread of 2 pipe joint, which can be used for 2 ~ 3 times. If the pipe thread is too tight, the sealant will be squeezed out and should be removed. If the sealant is peeled off and the seal is poor, the sealing tape can be used.

3. Turn the adjusting hand wheel clockwise, and the throttle valve will close gradually. When using, it should be opened gradually from the fully closed state, and the cylinder should be adjusted to the required speed. After adjustment, use the lock nut to lock.

4. The number of adjusting turns of the speed control valve shall not exceed the given value to avoid damaging the needle valve.

5. The universal one-way throttle valve is not suitable for frequent rotation.

6. The one-way throttle valve may have micro leakage, so it is difficult to control the cylinder at low speed. At the same time, it should not be used as a stop valve
