Precautions for installation of electromagnetic pulse valve

The electromagnetic pulse valve is simple and cheap. It is easier to install and maintain than other kinds of actuators such as control valve. Because the electromagnetic pulse valve is controlled by the switch signal, it is very convenient to connect with the industrial control computer. In today's era of computer popularization and sharp decline in price, the upper hand of electromagnetic pulse valve is more significant. Action express, small power, light shape. The response time of the solenoid pulse valve can be as short as several milliseconds, and even the pilot solenoid valve can be controlled within tens of milliseconds. Because of self-contained loop, it is more responsive than other automatic control valves. The properly designed solenoid pulse valve coil has a low power consumption, which is an energy-saving product. It can also be used to trigger the action and automatically maintain the valve position without any power consumption at ordinary times. The shape and size of the solenoid valve are small, which not only saves space, but also is light and beautiful. The adjustment accuracy is limited, and the shared medium is limited. Electromagnetic pulse valve usually only has two states of switch, the valve core can only be in two limit positions, and it can't be adjusted continuously. (there are many new ideas trying to break through, but they are still in the trial stage.) so the adjustment accuracy is still limited. The electromagnetic pulse valve has a high requirement for the cleanliness of the medium. The medium containing particles cannot be used. If it is impurity, it must be filtered first. In addition, the viscous medium can not be used, and the viscosity range of the medium used for a specific product is relatively narrow.
The following items shall be noted when installing the electromagnetic pulse valve:
1. The installation mode of the solenoid valve is vertical to the horizontal pipeline and the coil is upward. When the condition is not allowed, ± 30 ° inclination is allowed. Otherwise, normal use cannot be guaranteed.
2. The parameters on the nameplate of the solenoid valve shall conform to the actual use requirements.
3. The arrow on the valve body of the solenoid valve shall be consistent with the flow direction of the medium.
4. To ensure the normal use of the solenoid valve, please install an oil-water separator in front of the solenoid valve.
5. In order to prevent accidents such as explosion caused by electric spark in dangerous environment, explosion-proof solenoid valve should be used.
6. Before installation, please thoroughly purge the air bag and pipeline to avoid the failure of solenoid valve caused by foreign matters damaging the diaphragm.
7. In case of failure of the solenoid valve, it is recommended to install a bypass device for timely isolation and maintenance.
8. When the solenoid valve is not installed temporarily, it can be stored at 0 ~ 40 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 80%, but in the room without corrosive gas, outdoor storage shall be avoided as far as possible.
