Common troubleshooting of electromagnetic pulse valve

1、 If the terminal of the electromagnetic pulse valve is loose or the wire head falls off, the electromagnetic pulse valve shall not be electrified and the wire head can be tightened.


2、 If the coil of the solenoid pulse valve is burnt out, the wiring of the solenoid valve can be removed and measured with a multimeter. If there is an open circuit, the coil of the solenoid valve is burnt out. The reason is that the coil is damped, resulting in bad insulation and magnetic leakage, resulting in excessive current in the coil and destruction, so it is necessary to prevent rainwater from entering the solenoid valve. In addition, if the spring is too hard, the reaction force is too large, the number of turns of the coil is too small, and the suction force is not enough, the coil can also be destroyed. In case of emergency disposal, the manual button on the coil can be put in place from the normal working position to open the valve.


3、 The solenoid pulse valve is stuck. The clearance between the slide sleeve and the valve core of the electromagnetic pulse valve is very small (less than 0.008mm), which is generally a single assembly. When there are mechanical impurities or too little lubricating oil, it is easy to get stuck. The disposal method can be pierced by steel wire from the small hole in the head to make it bounce back. The basic solution is to remove the solenoid valve, take out the valve core and valve core sleeve, and clean with CCI4, so that the valve core moves in the valve sleeve. During disassembly, attention shall be paid to the assembly sequence and external wiring position of each component, so as to facilitate reassembly and accurate wiring, and check whether the fuel injection hole of the oil mist atomizer is blocked and whether the lubricating oil is sufficient.


4、 Air leak. Air leakage will cause insufficient air pressure, which makes the opening and closing of the forced valve difficult. The reason is that the seal gasket is damaged or the slide valve is worn, resulting in several cavity blowby.


When dealing with the failure of the electromagnetic pulse valve of the switching system, the appropriate opportunity shall be selected. When the electromagnetic pulse valve is in power loss, it shall be dealt with. If it cannot be dealt with completely in a switching gap, the switching system can be suspended and disposed calmly.
