Precautions for the application and operation of solenoid valves in cold storage
Jun 09, 2021
In the operation and production of cold storage, solenoid valves have played a very important role. In cold storage, we often use two types of solenoid valves, a single solenoid valve and a three-dimensional solenoid valve. When installing these solenoid valves, we must pay special attention to some matters, otherwise it will seriously affect the realization of the various functions of the cold storage.
We should pay attention to these aspects:
1: When connecting the solenoid pilot valve with the main valve, do not apply too much force, otherwise the five-hole aluminum sheet in the middle will be biased, causing the through hole to become smaller or sealed and unable to conduct.
2: In order to prevent internal parts from being damaged by heat, remove the valve body before welding. After welding, remove welding slag and oxides to prevent channel blockage.
3: The flange of the magnetic isolation sleeve and the valve seat of the pilot valve are sealed by sealing gaskets. When tightening the screws, the corners should be tightened. If the force is uneven, it will cause leakage.
4: The pipes at both ends are aligned, and the vertical connection ends are parallel, and they are positioned by spot welding to ensure the sealing of the solenoid valve.
5: Check and remove the burrs or dirt on the sealing line of the connecting part of the solenoid pilot valve and the main valve, so as to avoid scratching the soft aluminum sheet and causing the seal to be weak.
