The water-liquid solenoid valve is a pilot type solenoid valve with diaphragm type secondary opening valve. It is suitable for water, liquid and gas. It can automatically control or remotely control the on-off of the working medium pipelines such as air, water and oil liquid.
Principle of hydraulic solenoid valve: it is mainly composed of auxiliary valve and main valve. When it is in normal position, movable iron core seals the auxiliary valve port, pressure balance in valve chamber, and the auxiliary valve and main valve port are closed. When the coil is energized, electromagnetic force will be generated to suck the active core, and the secondary valve opens. The medium in the main valve cavity is leaking from the pilot valve port, so that the pressure difference between the upper and lower parts of the main valve diaphragm is generated. The diaphragm is quickly supported, and the main valve opening is opened, and the valve is in the state of passage. When the coil is de energized, the magnetic field disappears, the movable core is reset, and the auxiliary valve port is closed. Then the pressure in the upper cavity of the diaphragm of the auxiliary valve rises. The diaphragm pressure of the main valve is towards the valve seat, and the valve is closed again. Normally open solenoid valve, when the coil is energized, magnetic force is generated. Armature moves down under the magnetic force, pushes the auxiliary valve cup to move down, and the auxiliary valve closes. With the pressure difference between the upper and lower parts of the main valve tends to be equal, the diaphragm of the main valve is pressed to the sealing surface by spring force and self weight, and the valve is closed. When the coil is de energized, the magnetic force is zero. The armature and the auxiliary valve cup rise due to the spring action, and the auxiliary valve opens. The medium in the upper cavity of the main valve diaphragm flows through the auxiliary valve, and the pressure drops. When the pressure drops to a certain value, the main valve rises upward from the up and down differential pressure, and the main valve opens and the valve opens.
