Precautions when using lubricating oil for pneumatic system

1. Generally, the pneumatic components are pre greased when leaving the factory and have been lubricated initially, so they can be used for a long time without oil.

2. When feeding oil, please use turbine oil No. 1 iso-vg32, and do not use engine oil, spindle oil, etc. to avoid bubble of NBR and other seals.

3. Do not stop refueling halfway. If the oil supply is stopped, the internal pre added grease may be washed off, which will lead to poor action of components and accelerate the wear of open parts without lubrication. Therefore, be sure to continue oil supply, and an oil mist with appropriate flow shall be configured during oil supply.

4. When compressed air is used for lubrication, the amount of oil mist shall not exceed 25mg / m3.

5. The simple method to determine whether the oil mist is correct is to place a page of white paper at the cylinder control valve port far away from the oil feeder. After a period of time, the white paper is light yellow, and the white paper has oil dripping, indicating excessive lubrication.
