Installation Precautions

After the pneumatic percussion hammer is installed, be sure to install the anti-drop cable on the body, otherwise it may fall due to the impact of the impact.

1. When carrying out the pneumatic hammer installation work, please wear a safety helmet, safety shoes, seat belts, and carry out under safe equipment.

2. When the plate of the installation part is relatively thin, please weld the reinforcement plate, otherwise the installation part may be damaged due to the impact.

3. If welding the reinforcing plate, please ensure that there is no gap between the reinforcing plate and the hopper, and reserve about 10mm of the exhaust port to facilitate the air discharge, so that the impact force can be fully transmitted. To avoid damage to the hopper, be sure to weld several layers.

4. In order to prevent falling off, please use the cable to hoist and fix the main body. Otherwise, the bolt may loosen and fall off due to impact.

5. When fixing the body and the flange with bolts, please install the spring washers on the upper and lower sides, and tighten them in strict accordance with the tightening torque and check them regularly.

6. Please equip the air filter before piping. If there is garbage or dust, it may cause poor operation.

7. Do not exceed the required impact force during use, otherwise it may cause damage to the silo or the installation site.

8. When the cycle is continuously struck, please keep the time setting for more than 1 second. If it is less than 1 second, it may cause malfunction.

9. Please confirm that the impact surface of the mounting flange must be a solid plane. If necessary, please weld the reinforcing ribs.

10. The installation of the pneumatic hammer in the proper position can exert its maximum performance.
