From the basic principle, solenoid valves are divided into three categories:
1. Direct-acting solenoid valve
(1) Basic principle: When the power is connected, the magnet coil causes the magnetic field force to lift the shut-off part from the high-pressure gate valve, and the gate valve opens; when the power is turned off, the magnetic field force disappears, and the yellow spring presses the shut-off part on the high-pressure gate valve. Turn off.
(2) Characteristics: All normal work is required when the vacuum pump, negative pressure, and zero pressure are used, but the pipe diameter generally does not exceed 25mm.
2. Layer-by-layer direct-acting solenoid valve
(1) Basic principle: It is a basic principle of close combination of direct actuation and dominant type. When there is no pressure difference between the channel and the inlet and outlet, after the power is connected, the magnetic field force will immediately turn off the main small valve and the main valve. Mentioned that the gate valve is open. When there is a starting pressure difference between the channel and the inlet and outlet, after the power is connected, the small valve is controlled, the working pressure of the lower chamber of the main valve increases, and the working pressure of the upper chamber decreases, and the pressure difference is used to pull the main valve upward; when the power is turned off, The pilot valve uses elastic force or material working pressure to promote the closing of the parts, and moves downwards to close the gate valve.
(2) Features: It can be reliably posture even under zero pressure difference or vacuum pump and high pressure, but the output power is very large, so it must be installed at a level.
3. Leading solenoid valve
(1) Basic principle: When the power is connected, the magnetic field force opens the main hole, the working pressure of the upper chamber decreases rapidly, and a low pressure difference is generated around the shut-off part, and the liquid working pressure promotes the shut-off part to move up. The gate valve is opened; when the power is turned off, the spring force closes the main hole. The working pressure of the channel quickly generates a low and high pressure difference around the closing valve part according to the buried hole. The liquid working pressure promotes the closing part to move down and close. Turn off the gate valve.
(2) Features:
①Liquid working pressure has a high limit, and it can be installed at will (customization is required), but the liquid pressure difference standard must be considered.
②The solenoid valve is divided into six sub-items from the difference in valve structure and raw material and the difference in basic principle: direct-acting pulse damper structure, layer-by-layer direct-acting pulse damper structure, dominant pulse damper structure, direct-acting pulse damper structure Moving piston rod structure, layer-by-layer direct-moving piston rod structure, dominant piston rod structure.
