Solenoid valve wiring
Sep 10, 2019
The wiring method can be roughly divided into a junction box type and a lead type.
The junction box type solenoid valve coil has three terminal blocks in the junction box, the side-by-side terminals are power supply wirings, and one independent terminal is a grounding wire with a grounding symbol. Lead-type solenoid valves usually have two or three leads, generally not divided into positive and negative, and the two leads can be directly connected to the power supply. One of the three yellow lead wires is a ground wire, and the other two wires are connected to a power source. It should be noted that when the solenoid valve is installed, the lead wire cannot be connected too long, and it is better to control it within five meters. The lead wire is too long, especially the lead wire of the DC voltage is too long, and the current loss is too large, which may cause the solenoid valve to be unable to be used normally.
