1. Change the three screws that fix the control board to M4x 35 hexagonal screw, fix the solenoid valve control board on the hexagonal screw, and add insulating paper between the two boards.
2. The common inlet of the solenoid valve control board is taken from the B point of the inlet end of the motor control board below (the B point is less wired), the main valve output line and the auxiliary valve output line are taken out from their corresponding terminals and enter the explosion-proof junction box (this (The connection between the junction box and the power box should be changed from the original four-core to five-core). It merges with a zero wire in the explosion-proof junction box, and the three wires enter the solenoid valve together.
3. The auxiliary valve control line (EM2) of the solenoid valve is connected to the TO terminal on the terminal board (or to the MT terminal on the motor control board). The main valve control line (EMl) is connected to the OA terminal on the terminal block (at this time, one group of the 10V group, ten 12V group, and ten MT group between the power box and the terminal board should be changed from the original two cores to the three cores ), The two "-" ends of the main and auxiliary valve control lines are connected to the ten MT group of the motor control board. -"end.
4. Judgment of the main and auxiliary valves of the solenoid valve (among the three lines led by the solenoid valve, under normal circumstances, the double-color line is the auxiliary valve line and the brown line is
Main valve line, blue line is zero line):
(1) Wire adjustment method: Since the solenoid valve is a double coil, the lead wire is a three-core, if it is a four-core, one of them is connected to the valve housing and is a ground wire. (It can be measured with a multimeter resistance file) Its internal wiring. Use a multimeter ohm gear (x100) to find ① terminate the zero line, (the resistance of the main and auxiliary valve coils are the same) ②, ⑦ connect the output lines of the main and auxiliary valves of the solenoid valve control board respectively. The preset fuel quantity is used to start the test. If there is a small flow before shutdown, the wiring is correct. If there is no small flow, replace the ② and ③ lines.
(2). Power-on method: before installing the solenoid valve, first use a multimeter ohm file (x100) to find ① terminate the zero line. In addition, the two lines ② and ③ are the main and auxiliary valve lines. Since the solenoid valve is powered by 220V AC, connect the two lines ①② or ①③ to the 220V power supply.
3 Judgment of the main and auxiliary valve coils by the energization method
