Solutions to common failures of anti-corrosion solenoid valve undrained pipe steam leakage

The trap cannot discharge condensed water, the trap has no response for a long time, and the surface temperature of the valve decreases. It is a condition that the trap cannot be opened.
Causes of such common failures:
1. The filter or pipe is blocked by residue and dirt, and the condensed water cannot be injected into the steam trap. Clean up the waste in filters, pipes and valves.
2. The amount of condensed water discharged from the trap is very small or the posture time interval is special, so it needs to be replaced with a trap with a small volume.
3. The steam trap without draining condensate is hot, which is caused by steam or secondary steam. Once the steam is suspected, the steam block will disappear. It is caused by the unscientific installation of steam traps, and there should be no condensate area in the passage pipe halfway.
4. The pressure switch of the water hammer pump is damaged and the seepage water cannot be adjusted upwards, and the pressure switch of the water pump should be replaced with a new one.
5. Excessive work pressure. The working pressure of steam-using machinery and equipment exceeds the high working pressure of the trap, which prevents the trap from opening. Solar solenoid valve manufacturers dismantle and replace traps with higher working pressure or adjust to reduce the working pressure of steam machinery and equipment.
6. A vacuum pump occurs in the fan coil of the electric water heater, which prevents the discharge. Install a vacuum breaker between the heat exchanger and the inlet valve.
