Before installation, confirm that the product fully meets the requirements of the use of anti-corrosion solenoid valve

Before installation, you should read the product manual carefully, confirm that the product fully meets the requirements for use, be familiar with the main points of installation, and make adequate preparations.

1. Check whether the parameters indicated on the nameplate are the parameters of the selected product and whether they are consistent with the instructions.

2. Fully flush the pipeline with a pressure of 0.3Mpa before taking over the pipeline to completely remove the metal powder, residual sealing material, rust, etc. in the pipeline.

3. Pay attention to the cleanliness of the medium. If there are dust and other impurities in the medium that interfere with the normal operation of the solenoid valve, a filter should be installed in the pipeline.

4. The solenoid valve should not be installed in the low recess of the pipeline, such as in the inner container of the drain pipe, pay attention not to lead out from the bottom of the pipeline, but should be installed a little bit above the bottom of the container.

5. If water hammer occurs in the medium, a multi-function solenoid valve should be selected or corresponding protective measures should be taken.

6. The inlet side of the solenoid valve used for steam should be equipped with a trap. The trap should be installed at the bottom. The trap of the two-position three-way solenoid valve manufacturer should be placed at an angle and a multi-way return filter should be installed.

7. Solenoid valves are generally directional and cannot be installed reversely. Usually, the "arrow" is used to indicate the flow direction of the medium on the valve body, and the "arrow" should be used to indicate the direction when installing.

8. The solenoid coil part of the ordinary solenoid valve should be perpendicular to the pipeline. Some products of the manufacturer have special regulations. Please install it according to the instructions.

9. Be careful not to use excessive sealing materials when taking over. If the thread is connected, the joint thread should maintain the effective length, and the end half pitch should be chamfered with a file, and the sealing tape should be wound from the end to the ⒉ tooth, otherwise it will be too much or too sticky. Medicine will enter the solenoid valve, and an accident will hinder normal operation.

10. The installation position of the solenoid valve should leave a certain space for daily maintenance and regular maintenance.

11. When installing, use a wrench or a pipe wrench to fix the valve body, and then screw on the connecting pipe. Do not apply force to the coil assembly to cause deformation, making it difficult for the solenoid valve to work normally.

12. If the pipeline is not strong enough, or there is water hammer, please firmly fix the valve front and rear pipes with brackets.
