Some Knowledge of Pulse Solenoid Valve

1. The structure of pulse solenoid valve is composed of wiring coil, electromagnetic pilot, valve cover, spring, diaphragm and valve body.

2. The valve body and cover of the pulse solenoid valve are made of aluminum alloy die casting, stainless steel screws are connected tightly, the sealing diaphragm is made of three layers of cloth, the sealing effect is good, and the coil has a variety of voltages to choose from.

5. The inner wire of the solenoid valve body is input with the pulse signal through the wire. The pulse valve is controlled by the output signal of the pulse injection controller. Depending on the pressure change of the front and rear air chambers of the valve, the rubber diaphragm is flexed and deformed to realize the opening and closing of the pulse valve. The diameter of the rubber diaphragm determines the stroke size and opening and closing speed of the rubber diaphragm. The larger the diameter of the diaphragm is, the larger the stroke is, and the better the injection performance is.
