Application of electromagnetic pulse valve in environmental protection industry and safety inspection

Electromagnetic pulse valve is mainly used in environmental protection dust removal industry. It is controlled by the pilot valve such as electromagnetic or pneumatic, which can open and close the diaphragm valve of pulse valve produced by high-pressure gas source in a short time. At the same time, it is also commonly known as electromagnetic pulse valve or pneumatic pulse valve. Application: the electromagnetic pulse valve is the "switch" of the compressed air in the dust cleaning and blowing system of the pulse bag dust collector.
The electromagnetic pulse valve is the "switch" of the compressed air in the dust cleaning and blowing system of the pulse bag dust collector. Controlled by the output signal of pulse controller, the filter bag is sprayed and cleaned one by one, so that the resistance of the dust collector is kept within the set range to ensure the dust collector's disposal ability and dust collection efficiency.
The length of the blow cycle of the electromagnetic pulse valve directly affects the pressure drop of the dust collector. For the pulse bag dust collector with timing control, after the injection cycle is set, the pulse controller is opened regularly. After adjusting the pulse period, the dust collector can operate under the condition of stable pressure drop. Under the condition that the normal operation of the dust collector is not affected, the spray blowing period shall be extended as far as possible.
The time of electromagnetic pulse valve is the time when the pulse valve starts to blow. It is generally thought that the longer the blowing time is, the more compressed air is injected into the dust bag, the better the ash cleaning effect is. However, the effect on the ash removal effect is not obvious when the blowing time increases to a certain value. With the increase of the blowing time, the pressure drop of the dust collector will fall quickly, while when the spraying time reaches a certain value, the pressure drop will drop very little, But the amount of compressed air doubled
The setting of the pulse valve power on time is 50ms, and the action time of the pulse valve diaphragm should exceed 100ms /. The key to the ash cleaning effect is the peak value of the air flow, not the duration of the air flow. Therefore, the high-quality electromagnetic pulse valve will have an extremely important effect on the ash cleaning effect
The cycle of spray also affects the power consumption. The cycle of injection is short, the air consumption is much more and the power consumption is also much. The injection cycle is prolonged. The power consumption of the spray system is less, but because the pressure drop of the dust collector increases, the power consumption of the filter system will be increased. Therefore, whether the total power consumption can be saved, it is necessary to consider comprehensively whether the total power consumption can be saved. The injection cycle of the pulse valve should be adjusted according to different operating parameters
Before the solenoid pulse valve is delivered, the following safety inspection work should be done: first, stop the opening voltage test, close the air pressure test, then stop the voltage withstand energy test, insulation resistance test, vibration resistance test and diaphragm service life test
1. Withstand voltage performance test
Connect clean air with air source pressure of 0.8MPa at the inlet of the solenoid pulse valve for 60min. Check the leakage condition of each sealing part of the solenoid pulse valve.
2. Open voltage test
Connect clean air with the air source pressure of nominal pressure at the inlet of the solenoid valve, input 85% of the nominal voltage and 0.03s wide electrical signal on the solenoid valve to check whether the solenoid pulse valve can be opened normally.
3. Turn off the air pressure test
Connect clean air with air source pressure of 0.1MPa at the inlet of the solenoid pulse valve, input the electrical signal of the valve to check whether the solenoid pulse valve can be closed firmly.
