As shown in the figure, the speed control circuit of double acting cylinder is shown. The one-way throttle valve is used to control the exhaust throttle speed as shown in Figure A. generally, the one-way throttle valve with rotary joint is directly screwed on the air port of the cylinder, and it is easy to install and use. Figure B shows that exhaust silencing throttle valve is installed on the exhaust port of two position five-way valve, which can adjust the opening of throttle valve to realize exhaust control of cylinder back pressure and complete the adjustment of reciprocating speed of cylinder. Figure C shows that the speed control of exhaust silencing throttle valve is installed at the exhaust port of two position four-way valve. At this time, the cylinder extending and returning speed is the same, and cannot be adjusted separately. When using the speed control method shown in Figure B and figure C, it should be noted that the exhaust port of the reversing valve must have the screw port with exhaust silencing throttle valve installed, otherwise it cannot be selected.
