2. The cylinder wear is too large, the engine service time is too long, the maintenance is not in place, the lubrication is poor, and the oil does not meet the use requirements;

3. The cylinder roundness error is too large, which indicates that the engine works under heavy load for a long time, resulting in excessive force on the piston, or frequent detonation combustion;

4. The cylinder wear is large in the middle and small at both ends, which is generally caused by abrasive wear. Engine air filter damage or poor filtering, working environment dust, etc., will cause this situation.

QGB cylinder block and end cover buffer leakage, check the following two points:

1. The sealing ring at the end cover is damaged, and it needs to be replaced in time.

2. Check whether the fixing screw is loose and tighten it immediately.

1. Qgb cylinder itself has no buffer measures, so it is necessary to add appropriate buffer measures in time.

2. The sealing performance of qgb cylinder cushion seal ring is poor, so it is necessary to replace the seal ring in time.

3. If the buffer throttle valve is loose or damaged, it should be adjusted or replaced in time.

4. The buffer capacity of qgb cylinder is insufficient, so we should buy the buffer mechanism again.
