Stainless steel Pneumatic vibrator
Aug 27, 2019
Stainless steel pneumatic vibrators are used in places with complicated environments. Such as electroplating, chemical, chemical, pharmaceutical, fertilizer, food, ceramics, glass, cement, plastics, fuel and other powder processing industries. Carry out emptying hoppers, material screening, concrete compaction, and feed of sand, earth and any other powder or small particles and screws. Compact or sorting operations. Vibration is also applied in the electronics industry to detect contacts on printed circuit boards.
1, characteristics
The stainless steel pneumatic vibrator shell is cast from 316 stainless steel shell. It can be applied to special environments, such as electroplating, chemical, chemical, pharmaceutical, etc., where the rotor rotates at high speed in the orbit to generate centrifugal force. Suitable for use in dusty or humid working environments. Standard pipe threads are provided at the intake and exhaust ports to ensure a smooth exhaust function. It has two hanging and two horizontal mounting holes for easy installation in any difficult installation position.
2, application
The size of the stainless steel pneumatic vibrator is small, and its vibration frequency can be controlled by adjusting the air flow. Its main purposes are as follows:
• Helps to transport material from the chute and hopper. Prevent bottles or similar products from getting stuck or blocked on the conveyor equipment.
• Compaction of the material in the container or mold. Separating materials of different sizes, etc., on a separator, sieve or screen.
Because the material is corrosion resistant and hygienic. Therefore, it is used in environments with harsh environments and high hygienic conditions.
3. Installation and operation
Before installing the vibrator, make sure that the installation location is carefully selected to ensure the best working results. The mounting surface must be clean and flat. The non-flat mounting surface may cause the vibrator to malfunction due to the torsional vibration of the vibrator body. The installation of the vibrator should be such that the direction of rotation of the sphere supports the flow of the material as much as possible. The correct direction of installation makes it easy to determine the correct mounting position.
Use a hexagon socket or hex socket screw of class 8.8 or higher. Use a toothed lock washer or spring lock washer. Make sure the vibrator is securely installed. It is recommended to retighten the screws after a few minutes of operation of the vibrator. Do not work with the vibrator on the hopper and on the hopper when the hopper or the channel is empty, as this may cause structural damage.
