The cause and treatment of the malfunction of solenoid valve

I. Burn-out of solenoid valve coil

(1) Check whether the solenoid valve coil burns out: Remove the connection of the solenoid valve, measure with a multimeter, if open, the solenoid valve coil burns out.

(2) Reasons for failure:

1. Coil damp, resulting in poor insulation and magnetic leakage, resulting in coil current is too large and burned, so to prevent rainwater into the solenoid valve.

2. Spring is too hard, reaction force is too large, coil turns are too few, suction is not enough can also make the coil burned.

In the above two cases, the manual button on the coil can be pushed from the "0" bit to the "1" bit in normal operation, so that the valve can be opened.

3. Voltage misconnection of solenoid valve (24V and 220V of solenoid valve) results in coil burnout.

Processing method: The coil should be replaced and the voltage should be reconnected.

II. Leakage

Leakage will cause insufficient air pressure, which makes the opening and closing of forced valve difficult because of the damage of sealing gasket or sliding valve wear and tear, resulting in several cavities channeling.

Processing method: Change valve core or body of solenoid valve.

III. Electromagnetic Valve Blocking

(1) The reasons for the failure: the mating clearance between the slide sleeve and the spool of the solenoid valve is very small (less than 0.008mm), which is usually assembled in one piece. When mechanical impurities are brought in or lubricants are too small, it is easy to get stuck.

(2) Processing method: The steel wire can be poked into the small hole at the head to make it rebound. The fundamental solution is to remove the solenoid valve, remove the spool and the spool sleeve, and clean with CCI4, so that the spool can move flexibly in the valve sleeve. When disassembling, attention should be paid to the assembly sequence and external wiring position of each component in order to reassemble and wiring correctly, and check whether the oil spray hole is blocked and whether the lubricating oil is enough.

IV. Solenoid valve wiring head loosening or wire head falling off, the solenoid valve shall not be electrified, can tighten the wire head.
