The working principle of two categories of pulse valve
Nov 28, 2019
There are three types of pulse valves: right-angle type, submerged type and straight-through type. It is worth noting the working pressure of domestic pulse valves; right-angle valves and straight-way valves are 0.4-0.6MPa; no matter which valve is imported, the working pressure range 0.4-0.6MPa, there is no difference between the pressure of the two types of valves and the application pressure.
1) Structure and working principle of right-angle pulse valve. The right angle pulse valve is characterized in that the air inlet and outlet pipes of the valve are at a 90 degree right angle. The diaphragm inside the valve divides the pulse valve into two front and rear air chambers. When the compressed air is turned on, the compressed air enters the rear air chamber through the orifice. At this time, the pressure of the air chamber closes the diaphragm to the valve's output port. The pulse valve is in the "closed" state. The electric signal of the pulse controller moves the armature of the electromagnetic pulse valve. The vent hole of the air chamber behind the valve opens, the vocal cord of the rear chamber loses pressure, the diaphragm moves backward, and compressed air can be blown through the valve output port. status. Compressed air is ejected from the valve instantly, forming a blowing air flow.
Working medium: clean air, dew point -20 ℃. Injecting air source pressure: 0.3-0.6MPa. Working voltage and current of the electromagnetic pilot valve: DC24V, 0.8A; AC220V, 0.14A; AC110V, 0.3A pulse valve inlet air bag, air outlet connected to the injection pipe. When connecting, the Teflon raw tape should be used between the threads to ensure the seal. When connecting, pay attention that the length of the inlet thread can not be more than one third of the threaded wire.
2) Construction principle of submerged pulse valve. The submerged pulse valve adopts the installation method of being submerged in the air bag, so it is called the submerged type. Compared with other structural forms, it reduces the resistance of the flow channel and the pressure of the injection gas source, so it can be applied to low-pressure situations, and can reduce energy consumption and extend the life of the diaphragm.
The structure of the straight-through pulse valve is that the center line of the air inlet and outlet is in a straight line, so it is called a straight-through valve. The opening action principle is the same as the right angle valve, but the flow direction is different when the air jet is ejected. The advantage of the straight-through pulse valve is that it is easy to install and is often used as an air box pulse dust collector; the disadvantage is that the resistance of the air flow through the valve body is greater.
