Variable speed circuit of gas liquid damping cylinder

Figure 1 shows the variable speed circuit of gas-liquid damping cylinder with stroke valve. When the piston rod moves fast to the right, the oil in the right chamber of the hydraulic cylinder can only pass through the throttle valve when the ram presses down the motorized stroke valve to realize slow movement. The position of the stroke valve can be adjusted according to the needs. The high level oil tank is used to replenish the leaking oil.

This requirement can be achieved by using pneumatic actuator. Figure 2-B shows the variable speed circuit of the mechanical control valve. When the cylinder extends out and moves, the ram on the piston rod touches the mechanical control valve, the mechanical control valve reverses and the cylinder begins to slow down. Change the installation position of the mechanical control valve to change the starting position of the transmission.

The principle of the variable speed circuit can be used in the variable speed control of ordinary cylinders and other types of cylinders. In particular, the cylinder with switch is widely used. In this way, the magnetic switch can realize the stroke signal of the cylinder position and control the reversing of the two position two-way solenoid valve to change the speed of the cylinder movement. Similarly, the speed control valve has a variety of connections, so the transmission circuit is also diverse.
