Working Principle of 4V series Solenoid Valve

The working principle of 4V210-08 solenoid valve:

1.4V210-08 solenoid valve belongs to two-position five-way, single electronic control type.

2. Binary refers to two working positions.

3.Five-way means one intake port, two working ports and two exhaust ports.

4. When the intake port is in the initial state, the intake port P is connected with the working port A, and then the working port A is in the working state.

5. After giving the electric signal, the coil gets electricity and the solenoid valve changes direction. At this time, port P is connected with port B and port A is exhausted.

6. Generally, solenoid valves are used to control the cylinder or to separate the air passage. Single electronic control relies on spring reset.

7. Dual electronic control has no automatic reset function, while three five-way is double electronic control; its principle is almost the same as that of two-way five-way, but when the air stops (there is no air pressure in the intake), it is in the middle position. Generally, there are three options (middle seal, medium pressure, medium drain).
