CCCC Xizhu Research Institute Organized Hydraulic Transmission System Special Training

On July 25th, the institute organized all technical personnel to conduct special training on “Hydraulic System Design Steps and Requirements”.

The hydraulic transmission system is an important part of the construction machinery. The design strives to be simple in structure, reliable in operation, low in cost, high in efficiency, easy to operate and convenient to maintain. The training is oriented to problems and goals. Wu Dan contacts the practical problems encountered in the product design process, from design steps and design requirements, formulating basic solutions and drawing hydraulic system schematics, selection of hydraulic components and special parts design, hydraulic system performance. The calculations, the configuration of the hydraulic parts and the design of the hydraulic tank have been specially explained, so that everyone has a deeper understanding of the hydraulic design.
