How To Solve The Problem Of Cylinder Wear

Solution to Cylinder Seal Problem
What are the factors that affect the sealing of cylinders
1,Cylinder wear
2. Piston wear
3. Damage of piston rings
4. Valve clearance
5. Damage of cylinder gasket
Composition of cylinder seals:
1. Piston seal:
Piston seal (generally 2 U-shaped), piston guide ring (generally 1, located in the middle of two piston seals), piston end buffer;
2. Piston rod seal:
Piston rod dustproof + piston rod seal (commonly used is two in one), piston rod buffer, piston rod guide support ring;
3. Other static seals, sealing rings, and seals of stationary parts are called static seals.
I. Cylinder Seal Test
Cylinder sealing can be judged by testing cylinder compression pressure. The main tool is the cylinder pressure gauge, which can refer to the law.
1,Low pressure occurs in two adjacent cylinders, while other cylinders are normal
2. Pressure readings of existing cylinders vary from high to low in multiple measurements
3. Low pressure readings
4. High pressure readings
Attemptable solutions:
1. The problems in the first one can be considered whether the cylinder head bolt is tightened or whether there is air leakage between two adjacent cylinders.
2. The problems in the above 2 can be checked to see if the valve is closed.
3. The problems in the above 3 can be injected with lubricating oil. If it is not possible to test again, check whether the valve is closed again.
4. The problems in the above 4 can be checked to see if there is too much carbon deposit.
Above is the introduction of cylinder seal test. We supply all kinds of cylinders. You are welcome to consult at any time.
