Exhibition Introduction

 Huizhou is located on the east bank of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, adjacent to Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Dongguan. It is a “fast-growing industrial city” with a strong industrial foundation, broad market and development space. Huizhou is one of the first batch of national electronic information industry manufacturing bases and the "Digital Audiovisual Industry Base" of the National Torch Plan. Huizhou is also one of the world's largest production bases for telephones, color TVs and laser heads, Asia's largest production base for integrated audio, and one of China's largest production bases for car audio, DVD, and mobile phones. In 2018, the city's regional GDP reached 410.305 billion yuan, an increase of 6.6%, ranking fifth in the province. There are 148 advanced equipment manufacturing enterprises above designated size in the city, including 54 enterprises with an output value of more than 100 million yuan and 30 enterprises with an output value of more than 200 million yuan. The production and sales of three major auto parts products, including automotive electronics, automotive wiring harnesses, and engine parts, are among the best in the country, including Yang GM, BYD, and Eternal Lithium.

In order to further accelerate the development of advanced intelligent equipment manufacturing, relying on a good industrial foundation, Huizhou issued the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" for the development of advanced equipment manufacturing in Huizhou, which clarified the development goals and development measures for advanced equipment manufacturing in the next five years. Etc., focusing on the development of mid-to-high-end electronic equipment industry, intelligent manufacturing industry, new energy automobile manufacturing industry, and precision machinery equipment industry, and forming a new pattern of coordinated development of advanced equipment manufacturing industry relying on industrial parks and industrial bases.

Vigorously developing advanced intelligent equipment manufacturing industry has great decisive significance for promoting the industrial transformation and upgrading and industrial structure adjustment of Huizhou and eastern Guangdong, promoting the diversified development of the industry, and enhancing the comprehensive economic strength. To this end, with the strong support and attention of the Huizhou Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, the Organizing Committee is scheduled to hold the "2020 Huizhou International Industrial Expo" at the Huizhou Convention and Exhibition Center on December 10-12, 2020, which will create a Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area East coast large-scale industrial equipment event.
