Typical application:
The air hammer output can only make a single impact on a small range, which has the least impact on other equipment. Note:
1. When installing the machine, please fix it with bolts to prevent accidental injury caused by falling.
2. When moving the device, please close the hand slide valve next to the controller to prevent accidents caused by the sudden start of the air hammer.
3. After the work is over, be sure to close the hand slide valve next to the controller, because the air hammer will continue to strike during the continuous air supply period.
4. The instability of the air pressure will cause the controller to malfunction. The air pressure rises-the number of blows increases, and the air pressure drops-the number of blows decreases, so please install an air pressure regulator in front of the controller. It is beneficial to the work of the controller and the air hammer stable.
5. If you need to install (electric control) as the air supply side of this controller, as a timer, please be sure to use a three-way solenoid valve to facilitate the discharge of residual gas.
