Characteristics of proportional valve
Mar 27, 2020
The flow control of the valve can be divided into two types:
One is switch control: either fully open or fully closed, the flow rate is either maximum or minimum, and there is no intermediate state, such as ordinary electromagnetic direct valve, electromagnetic directional valve, electro-hydraulic directional valve.
The other is continuous control: the valve port can be opened at any opening as needed to control the size of the flow rate. This type of valve is manually controlled, such as a throttle valve, but also electrically controlled, such as a proportional valve and a servo valve. .
Therefore, the purpose of using a proportional valve or a servo valve is to achieve the throttling control of the flow by electronic control (of course, pressure control can also be achieved after structural changes). Since it is a throttling control, there must be energy loss. The valve is different from other valves in that it has a larger energy loss because it requires a certain amount of flow to maintain the work of the prestage control oil circuit.
Proportional valve features:
1: Europeanized shape, beautiful appearance, easy installation and simple operation;
2: The unique valve body design makes the transportation of materials more smooth;
3: The performance of the solenoid valve is stable, and the cylinder moves accurately to ensure the accurate mixing ratio;
4: When used with Europeanized series suction machine, there is no need to order independent control;
5: Products can be customized according to customer needs.
