how to use the one-way throttle valve

1. During the installation, the piping should be blown out in advance, and it should be confirmed whether the flow direction of the valve is installed reversely, so as to avoid the accident caused by the rapid extension of the pneumatic cylinder.

2. Sealant has been applied to the thread of pipe joint, which can be used for 2-3 times. If the pipe thread is screwed too tight, the sealant will be extruded and should be removed. If the sealant is peeled off and the seal is poor, the sealing belt can be rolled up for use.

3. Turn the regulating hand wheel clockwise, and the throttle valve is gradually closed. When in use, gradually open the cylinder from the fully closed state to the required speed. After adjustment, lock it with lock nut.

4. The number of regulating turns of speed control valve shall not exceed the given value to avoid damaging the needle valve.

5. Universal one-way throttle valve is not suitable for frequent rotation.

6. The one-way throttle valve may have slight leakage, so it is difficult to control the cylinder at low speed. At the same time, it should not be used as a stop valve.
