It is better to select the specification of oil replenishment once a week for the oil mist sprayer. When replenishing oil, pay attention to the reduction of oil quantity. If the oil consumption is too small, readjust the oil dripping amount. After the adjustment, the oil dripping amount is still reduced or no oil dripping. Check whether the inlet and outlet of the oil mist eliminator are installed reversely, whether the oil passage is blocked, and whether the specifications of the selected oil mist eliminator are appropriate.


The monthly and quarterly maintenance work shall be more careful than the daily and weekly maintenance work, but it is still limited to the scope that can be checked externally. The main contents are: carefully check the leakage, tighten the loose screws and pipe joints, check the quality of the air discharged from the reversing valve at the terminal block, check the flexibility of each regulating part, check the correctness of the indicating instrument, check the reliability of the switching action of the solenoid valve, check the quality of the cylinder piston rod and all the contents that can be checked from the outside.


Maintenance work can be divided into regular maintenance work and regular maintenance work. The former refers to the maintenance work that must be carried out every day, while the latter can be carried out weekly, monthly or quarterly. Maintenance work shall be recorded. The maintenance work shall be recorded to facilitate the fault diagnosis and treatment in the future.


When checking for air leakage, soap liquid should be applied at each inspection point, because the effect of air leakage is more sensitive than listening to sound.


When checking the quality of the air discharged from the reversing valve, attention should be paid to the following three aspects: first, to know whether the lubricating oil contained in the exhaust is appropriate, and the method is to put a clean white paper near the exhaust port of the reversing valve. After the valve works for three to four cycles, if there is only a very light spot on the white paper, it indicates good lubrication; second, to know whether there is condensate in the exhaust; third, to know whether the exhaust should not be discharged Whether there is air leakage at the air outlet. A small amount of air leakage indicates the early damage of the components (it is normal for the clearance seal valve to have micro leakage). If the lubrication is poor, the chemical pump shall consider whether the installation position of the oil mist eliminator is appropriate, whether the selected specification is appropriate, whether the oil drop is adjusted reasonably and whether the management method meets the requirements. If there is condensate discharge, it shall consider whether the filter position is appropriate, whether the actual and selection of various water removal elements are reasonable, and whether the condensate management meets the requirements. The main causes of leakage are poor sealing in the valve or cylinder and insufficient air pressure. When the leakage of the sealing valve is large, it may be caused by the wear of the valve core and valve sleeve.


The cylinder piston rod is often exposed. Observe whether the piston rod is scratched, corroded and has eccentric wear. According to whether there is air leakage, the contact condition of piston rod and guide sleeve in front cover, sealing ring, treatment quality of compressed air and whether there is transverse load in cylinder can be judged.


Like safety valve, emergency on-off valve, die-casting die is seldom used. During the regular inspection, the reliability of their actions must be confirmed.


Let the solenoid valve switch repeatedly, and judge whether the valve works normally from the switching sound. For the AC solenoid valve, if there is a beep, it should be considered that the moving core and the static core are not fully closed, there is dust on the closing surface, the magnetic separation ring falls off or is damaged, etc
