2、 Selection of thin cylinder and ordinary cylinder

1. Check the standards adopted by the brand cylinder. If it is an enterprise standard, it shall be compared with the industry standard.

2. Inspect the appearance and no-load performance of the cylinder:

a. Appearance: the surface of cylinder barrel and piston rod shall be free of scratch, and there shall be no air hole and sand hole at the end cover;

b. No load performance: put the cylinder in the no-load state and make it run at low speed. See the speed without crawling. The lower the speed, the better.

3. Pay attention to the installation form and size of the cylinder. The installation size can be put forward when ordering from the manufacturer.
