K23JSD press safety valve

Dec 11, 2019

K23jsd press safety interlock valve (also known as press double safety valve), the structure is double cross flow type. When the valve works normally, two groups of parallel valve elements act synchronously (open or close). When the two pilot valves do not work synchronously, a micro switch is set in the middle of the monitor (in fact, it is a balance piston, which is located in the middle by springs at both ends. It controls the working power supply of the press. When it works normally, it is in the off state) the pressure difference is generated at both ends, the balance piston moves like the low-pressure side, the switch is moved, the power is cut off, the safety double valve of the press is closed and locked, and it can no longer be pneumatically operated. After troubleshooting, the monitor resets and the safety interlock valve returns to normal operation.
