Working principle and characteristics of self operated temperature control valve
Dec 09, 2019
Self operated temperature control valve does not need any energy. The opening and closing of the valve is controlled by the principle of the expansion and contraction of the liquid inside the controller. This product has high control accuracy and long service life. It is widely used in domestic water, district heating, petrochemical industry, food industry, rubber, textile and pharmaceutical factories

working principle:
Self operated temperature control valve uses the principle of liquid expansion and incompressibility to realize automatic regulation. The liquid expansion in the temperature sensor is uniform, and its control function is proportional regulation. When the temperature of the controlled medium changes, the volume of the temperature sensing liquid in the sensor expands or contracts. When the temperature of the controlled medium is higher than the set value, the temperature sensing liquid expands and pushes the valve core to close the valve downward to reduce the flow of heat medium; when the temperature of the controlled medium is lower than the set value, the temperature sensing liquid contracts and the return spring pushes the valve core to open to increase the flow of heat medium.
Features:
1. Simple installation.
2. No power supply is required.
3. Easy to adjust and set.
4. Balance valve core design.
5. There is no need for expensive debugging cost.
6. The valve body seal adopts V-ring high-temperature seal assembly, which prevents the possibility of valve rod locking or air leakage.
