1、 Uneven cooling of the cylinder surface will cause poor cylinder sealing


Local hot spots will also cause additional internal stress in the pneumatic cylinder itself, which will lead to cracks in the pneumatic cylinder head. If the working temperature exceeds the normal temperature, it will cause serious impact.


2、 The slight runout of the pneumatic cylinder head will cause poor sealing of the pneumatic cylinder


The slight runout of the pneumatic cylinder head will make the cylinder head gasket relax and compact, which speeds up the damage of the pneumatic cylinder head sealing gasket and affects the sealing performance.


3、 Incorrect disassembly and assembly of pneumatic cylinder head will cause poor sealing of pneumatic cylinder


Whether the disassembly and assembly of pneumatic cylinder head is correct is an important guarantee to prolong the service life of pneumatic cylinder gasket and prevent the deformation of rodless pneumatic cylinder head. When disassembling the pneumatic cylinder head, it should be carried out in the cold state, not in the hot state, so as to prevent the pneumatic cylinder head from warping and deformation.


4、 Poor sealing of pneumatic cylinder caused by excessive plane of pneumatic cylinder head or cylinder block


If the pneumatic cylinder head is deformed, it will not be tightly combined with the plane of the cylinder block, which will affect the sealing quality of the pneumatic cylinder.


5、 Incorrect use and installation of pneumatic cylinder gasket will cause poor sealing of pneumatic cylinder


The pneumatic cylinder gasket is installed between the pneumatic cylinder block and the pneumatic cylinder head to ensure the sealing of the combustion chamber and prevent leakage of fuel gas, cooling water and lubrication.
