Purchase cylinders and precautions after purchase
1. Choose from the installation form
The installation form of the cylinder is determined by the installation position, use purpose and other factors. In general, fixed installation mode is often used
When the piston is required to move in a straight reciprocating way and the cylinder body is required to swing in a large arc, the following installation methods can be selected: tail shaft pin (MP4 or MP2 type) and intermediate shaft pin (MT4 type); if it is necessary to output the straight reciprocating motion in the rotation, the rotary cylinder can be used; if there are special requirements, the special cylinder can be selected.
2. Output force
According to the magnitude of the force required by the working mechanism, the thrust or pull force on the piston rod is determined by considering the load rate of the cylinder, so as to determine the inner diameter of the cylinder.
Because the working pressure of the cylinder is small (0.4 ~ 0.6MPa), its output will not be large, generally around 10000n (not more than 20000n), and its volume (diameter) will be large if the output force is too large. Therefore, the expansion mechanism should be used on the pneumatic equipment to reduce the size of the cylinder.
3. Movement speed of cylinder
The speed of the cylinder is mainly determined by the requirements of the driving mechanism
When the speed is required to be slow and stable, the gas-liquid damping cylinder or throttling speed regulation can be used; the buffer cylinder can make the cylinder not impact at the end of the stroke.
4.Considerations after purchase
1.Apply lubricating oil on the relative moving working surface of all seals during assembly
2.Avoid large collision of the cylinder during the stroke
3.If the equipment is not used for a long time, ventilation operation and maintenance shall be carried out regularly
