The wear ring is made of polyurethane, polytetrafluoroethylene, cloth sandwiched synthetic resin and other materials. The width of the piston is determined by the size of the sealing ring and the length of the necessary sliding part. The sliding part is too short, which is easy to cause early wear and jamming.

In general, the fixed cylinder with guide rod is adopted, which is easy to install. It is fixed with screws from all aspects of the cylinder block, and all sides of the cylinder block are fixed with screws, or fixed with flanges. The bearing part can be filled with oil from the oil nozzle with hydraulic buffer, so the cylinder has high movement speed and strong impact absorption ability.
