The working principle of the pilot piston solenoid valve

Normally closed: When the coil is energized, the electromagnet core pulls in, the pressure relief hole opens, and the main piston is pushed by the medium pressure to open the main valve port and the medium flows. When the coil is de-energized, the main valve port is closed and the medium is cut off.

note:
1. The pilot-operated piston solenoid valve requires that the medium passing through the solenoid valve must be under pressure (the medium is not suitable for use with this valve). Our solenoid valve must ensure that the medium has a pressure of 0.1 kg to be normal. jobs.
2. There are two sources of force for the opening of the main piston of the pilot-piston solenoid valve. One is the magnetic force generated after energization, and the second is the pressure of the medium.
These two forces must exist at the same time to ensure the normal operation of the pilot piston solenoid valve, and neither is indispensable.
