(5) the boiler dust collector should rely on the fuel oil when the transformation is started, because the temperature in the furnace is low, the temperature of the flue gas, dust collector and pipeline is low, and the oil mist content is high, the condensation simply occurs. There are two kinds of preventive measures:

One is to choose the bypass flue, the flue gas does not go through the boiler dust collector directly into the fan before the header, when the boiler oil off or coal powder + fuel reaches a higher load, the flue gas reaches a certain temperature to gradually close the bypass damper, through the bag filter into normal work.

The other is that there is no bypass flue. Before starting the boiler, fly ash is sprayed into the bag filter, so that the dust is not blown back, so that the filter material is attached with a layer of dust. In this way, avoid the oil mist in the smoke directly touch with the filter bag, to avoid the damage to the filter bag.
