8. Cylinders with guide rods should never be used as gear points.

There is a special blocking cylinder at the gear point. Don't think that the cylinder with guide rod can also be used as the gear point. It can't withstand the radial impact. If it is used as the gear point in a few months, the guide rod will be loosened, resulting in inaccurate positioning.

9. Design support in the middle of long stroke cylinder

Support should be designed in the middle of long stroke cylinder to overcome plunger rod droop, cylinder downward bend, vibration and external load of piston rod damage.

10. Fully consider the influence caused by the incorrect action of the cylinder when the power is cut off and the gas is cut off.

Especially when the claw cylinder is carrying things, it suddenly loses power or gas. If there are no protective measures, it may cause the moving articles to fall, damage the machine or damage the product. If you want to prevent the wrong action of the cylinder caused by power failure, you can choose a double coil solenoid valve, which can keep the original action of the cylinder in the case of power failure.

11. Piping between cylinder and solenoid valve should not be too long

The pipe between cylinder and solenoid valve is too long, which will lead to gas not easy to be discharged and replaced, and easy to dew over a long period of time.

12. Preventing loosening in vibration occasions

If the cylinder is used in the occasion of high working spelling and big vibration, attention should be paid to loosening prevention when designing, installing screw and connecting links.

13. Cylinder lubrication

Now the cylinders are generally pre-greased, so there is no need to refuel lubricants. But once lubricating oil is added, the oil supply can not be stopped, because the pre-added grease may be washed out, and not giving oil will lead to poor cylinder action.
