What should be paid attention to when disassembling pneumatic components?
Oct 17, 2019
1. Be careful to avoid damaging tools or parts.
2. Be careful not to remove more parts than need to be repaired or replaced.
3. During disassembly, the operation of the whole system shall not be affected, and impurities shall not be allowed to enter the components.
What we need to check:
First, check whether there is condensate in the exhaust. If there is condensate discharge, it shall be considered whether the filter position is appropriate, whether the use of various water removal components is reasonable, and whether the condensate management meets the requirements.
Secondly, know whether there is air leakage at the vent port that should not be vented. A small amount of air leakage indicates the early damage of pneumatic components. The main causes of leakage are poor sealing and insufficient air pressure.
Finally, it is necessary to check whether the lubricating oil contained in the exhaust is appropriate. The method is to place the white paper near the exhaust port. After working for a period of time, if only light spots appear, it means that the equipment is well lubricated. In case of poor lubrication, it is necessary to consider whether the installation position of the oil mist eliminator is appropriate, whether the selected specification is appropriate, whether the oil dripping amount is adjusted reasonably and whether the management method meets the requirements.
