What should be paid attention to when using pneumatic joint with sealant?

Attention shall be paid to the use of pneumatic quick joints with sealant:

1. Screw in the thread by hand and then by tools for 2-3 turns

2. If the thread is screwed in too much and the sealant is extruded out too much, the extruded sealant shall be removed.

3. If the thread is not screwed in enough, it will cause thread looseness and poor sealing.

4. About reuse

1) it can be used for 2-3 times

2) on the removed joint, the separated and attached sealant shall be blown off with air and reused, so as to prevent the fine end of sealant from entering the surrounding components, resulting in poor operation or air leakage of components.

3) if there is no sealing effect, the sealing tape can be wound on the sealant for reuse. Do not use except with sealant.

5. When the direction of the connecting pipe is determined, once the threaded pneumatic joint is tightened to return to the determined direction of the connecting pipe, it will cause air leakage.
