The water solenoid valve is the pilot type solenoid valve of the diaphragm type secondary opening valve. The applicable medium is water, liquid and gas. It can automatically control or remotely control the on-off of air, water, oil and liquid and other working medium pipelines.
Principle of hydraulic solenoid valve: it is mainly composed of auxiliary valve and main valve. In normal position, the movable iron core seals the auxiliary valve port, the pressure in the valve chamber is balanced, and the auxiliary valve and main valve port are closed. When the coil is energized, electromagnetic force will be generated to suck up the movable iron core, the auxiliary valve will be opened, and the medium in the main valve cavity will leak out from the pilot valve port, so that the pressure difference between the upper and lower parts of the main valve diaphragm will be generated, and the diaphragm will be quickly lifted, the main valve port will be opened, and the valve will be in the state of path. When the coil is de energized, the magnetic field disappears, the movable iron core resets, and the auxiliary valve port is closed. Then the pressure in the upper chamber of the auxiliary valve diaphragm rises, and the main valve diaphragm presses against the valve seat, and the valve is closed again. Normally open solenoid valve, when the coil is electrified, generates magnetic force, the armature moves down under the magnetic force, pushes the auxiliary valve cup to move down, and the auxiliary valve closes. As the pressure difference between the upper and lower pressure in the main valve tends to be equal, the main valve diaphragm presses to the sealing surface from the spring force and self weight, and the valve closes. When the coil is powered off, the magnetic force is zero, the armature and the auxiliary valve cup rise due to the spring action, the auxiliary valve opens, the medium in the upper chamber of the main valve diaphragm flows through the auxiliary valve, and the pressure drops. When the pressure drops to a certain value, the main valve rises from the action of the upper and lower pressure difference, the main valve opens, and the valve opens.
