Installation And Use Of Dual-axis Pneumatic Cylinder
May 20, 2019
1. When the two-axis Pneumatic Cylinder cylinder is used horizontally, it can be inspected by “three-point method”. Firstly, the piston rod is connected to the load. When the piston rod is fully extended, a level gauge is placed in the middle of the rod to observe the horizontal condition. Secondly, when the piston rod is in the middle position, the piston rod is near the front end cover of the twin-shaft Pneumatic Cylinder. Put a level gauge to observe the level; when the piston rod is in the retracted position, there should be no other phenomenon. When the long-stroke double-axis Pneumatic Cylinder is installed horizontally, the tail section prevents the piston rod from sagging, and the cylinder barrel deformation needs to be properly supported.
2. The position of the top pin of the two-axis Pneumatic Cylinder or the intermediate swinging two-axis Pneumatic Cylinder piston rod with the tail single earring should be in the same direction as the position of the mounting shaft. There should be a verified clearance between the tail single, the ears or the swing shaft and the mounting bracket.
3. Double-axis Pneumatic Cylinder should be inspected before installation. Check whether the two-axis Pneumatic Cylinder is damaged during transportation, whether there is looseness at both ends of the tie rod nut or the threaded joint, and remove the anti-rust oil and protective cover (cap) before installation. .
