Indirect pilot solenoid valve

间接先导式电磁阀

Introduction:

The solenoid valve is composed of a guide valve and a main spool connected to form a channel combination; the normally closed type is closed when the power is not turned on. When the coil is electrified, the magnetic force generated makes the moving core and the static core suck together, the guide valve opens, and the medium flows to the outlet. At this time, the pressure of the upper chamber of the main valve core decreases, which is lower than the pressure of the inlet side, forming a differential pressure to overcome the spring resistance and then move upward, so as to open the main valve mouth, and the medium flows. When the coil is cut off, the magnetic force disappears, and the movable iron core resets and closes the pilot port under the action of spring force. At this time, the medium flows into the balance hole, the pressure of the upper chamber of the main valve core increases, and moves downward under the action of spring force, closing the main valve port. The principle of normal open mode is just the opposite.

Principle:

When electrified, the electromagnetic force opens the pilot hole, and the pressure of the upper chamber drops rapidly. A low and high differential pressure is formed around the open part. The fluid pressure pushes the open part upward and the valve opens. When the power is cut off, the spring force opens the pilot hole, and the inlet pressure rapidly forms a low and high pressure around the closed part through the bypass hole in the chamber. Pressure difference, fluid pressure pushes the opening down and opens the valve.

Characteristic:

Small size, low power, high upper limit of fluid pressure range, can be installed arbitrarily (need to be customized), but must meet the fluid pressure differential conditions.
